1. About the sample How could I get a sample
Sample means the first quantity under 5pcs for one kind product.
Please make sure that you need business sample to envaluate the project market research firstly,because we don't supply sample for private use, and the sample process against the product cost ,freight , and necessary sample operation fees at usd100 for one sample project ,
the operation fees covering all the cost of paper work, for instance ,paper charge by export diversified affairs (export letter if required by Customs),...,etc. but you are promised that we will refund you the sample operation fees (usd100) when you place container order,even mixed order in one container.
For some new products, maybe we will reject to supply sample ,for some secret purposes,specially for protection of property,so well understanding much appreciated.
2. About price: could I get your pricelist
Sure,normally you will receive formal offer within 6hours from our workers after your equiry sent out by fax, email with the exact product code number of your interesting ,planing quantity,and prior market,we will be swiftly back you satisfiedly.
3. About the shipment: what kind of shipment will you use
We usually prefer ship the products through our local shipping agent to book the shipping space from COSCO,LT,CSCL,...,we closely work to track the shipping to make shipping perfectly,if you have your pointed agent, negotiated ,considering with the payment details,for example, if L/C at sight payment ,we only accept the CFR term or FOB term with shipping arranged by our corp,but " freight collect" .
4. About warranty (since June,2005): how long for warranty
The warranty period will be counted since the container arriving the first discharging port,no warranty for sample order, and warranty covering the mechanical parts.

ATV,go cart,dirt bike,None-EEC-moped scooter for one year; except toy ATV, dirt bike
Pocket bike,chopper-4stroke for one year;
Pocket bike,chopper-2stroke for six months;
We will replace unqualified parts with qualified ones on following order after receiving buyer's unqualified parts or photo at least, if big damaged response, the? inspection letter from 3rd authority?inspeciton organization?is necessary and ?required, if the damage from the manufacturing cause,We bear all the replacement cost , deliveried them through shipping or post office.
5. About distributor ,sole-distributor: what about the terms to become your sole distributor in our city, area or state,country
That would be depend on different market situation, If you can sell our products worth US$10,000 ----50,000/kind monthly, we can start the negotiaton for the distributor project, when the turnover of ASA products over US$80000 per month,we can start the negotiation for your state/province, if you want to be our sole distributor ,the details of puchase schedule for next 12months is strongly required.
Any contract of sole-distributor will be specified with the exact area,exact product code number, and period.
6.About Free Spare part: 2% free spare part will be automaticlly put in the container which only contained one kind product; if mixed container, 1% free spare parts will be available; no spare parts supply for sample order. whatever, any kind parts order are welcome, and our parts supply system will be prefectly secured for 5years parts resource.
The free spare parts will be counted on the basic of the contract value or the value of proforma invoice.
7. Shipping agent
A.Why ASA prefer to use ASA normal shipping agent to carry the shipment order,bacause they? are professionally experience working in moto shipping over 10years, they are powerful??to clearn customs affairs? successfully, and they are reliable to treat ASA shipment as their own matter, at our viewing ?, many?clients's?special ?forwarder, they don't care the shipment with a basic sense ,even some persons are lack of necessary knowledge, they? proceed?the shipment?automaticly, they will be escaped spontaneously, the buyer and us will drink the bitter?wines finally by ourselves. ASA don't like the way, so if you have special farwarder, please make sure they are professionist? and creditable, if not,please follow with ASA normal shipping agents, ASA assure that you will enjoy the service from ASA collaboration agent.
B.Can arrange shipping through the buyer's shipping agent
Sure,that is okay if ?receiving all balance before shipping,because if we do so that means we already delivery the shipment to buyers?through?the buyers' representative of shipping, so it is obligated? for buyers to release full payment before loading container.( also for the buyers ,please undertake the normal fair china local handling? charges from their agent )
C.Who pay the extra charges occurs from the?poor service of ?the shipping agent pointed by buyers
Shoud bear these kind costs by buyers if the buyers insist to?run with?their bad?agent who are careless s,or without competences?,?refering to the extra charges,??coverage as: the extra?inspection's fees?( because the agent?have not a ?good relation to China Customs,so hold by China customs), the variety of? addtional charge for the delay shipping??,that is the cause why? we suggest the buyers?to?select a right powerful reliable shipping agent to handle shipping,specially under the more and more serious customs in China .
8. About OEM: could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in China
Of course ,we can do the OEM for container order (contain one kind) in free charge ,if mixed container, you will be asked to bear the OEM sticker making cost.
any OEM project will be against the necessary legal authority letter that grant us to make the products under this special brand.
